Even cuter a shop in person than online! Initially, I found this delightful bakery online when seeking special desserts for my cousins 98th birthday. Today is her 101st birthday, so I worked with three tarts bakery to coordinate a couple trays of delicious pastries. The staff was very friendly! They organized and coordinated, beautiful platters, even tying them with a beautiful red ribbon. The shop is adorable! It is small and located within the shops at Northfield Village Square with plenty of parking. The café has indoor seating aside from pastries and coffee, this café has a nice menu. Highly recommend.

Scones and sandwiches good, even the premade sandwich seemed fresh and above average. You will pay a hefty price but a nice treat.

Stopped in for a cup of a coffee with an acquaintance. I'd heard good things from a few people, and I wanted a non-chain based location that was about halfway between our two locations. Super cute ambiance. The staff were very friendly and helpful, as neither of us had been before. All of the baked goods looked amazing and I still regret not picking anything up to enjoy with my coffee or later at home. I suppose that means I'll just have to come back! Easy location to get to, and there's plenty of lot parking. Glad to find another local gem to support.

The best banana cake! We have ordered a full cake a few times and have also taken individual slices. The breakfast sandwich is made to order. The bread is always fresh and delicious! We love the scones especially the apricot or cherry. The savory scones seem to run out quickly and are fresh and delicious. The cakes are beautifully decorated.

The breakfast sandwich was very tasty. They sell a lot of packaged baked goodies that look good enough to be given someone as a gift. There is also a freezer with soups that you can take home. Service was good but not overly friendly. When in the area, I would stop by to pick up a sandwich or a pastry but would not make a special trip, nor would I come here for a date. While the outside looks nice, the inside is not cozy enough for a cute sit-down meal.

We could not be more happy with the wedding cakes we got from 3TB! The flavor combinations were fantastic: banana cake with whipped cream and fresh strawberry filling and a ganache icing for one, chocolate cake with mocha whipped cream and fresh raspberries with a white buttercream icing for the other. They were amazing! Several guests commented on the unique and fresh flavors of the cake. And I appreciate that it doesn't just taste like a sugar overload, there's ACTUAL flavor. The best story is that the husband of one of the guests is not a fan of cake...but found himself eating 4 pieces of the banana cake. He liked it so much that his wife asked us for contact info so she can pick up some treats from Three Tarts herself! Thanks again!!!

Three Tarts is the best. What a gem to have in Northfield! The sandwiches are delicious, the coffee cakes are out of this world and I love their baked goods. Anytime I'm in the area and need a quick bite for myself or a treat to take to someone else, this is my spot. I also love the people they hire locally - everyone that works at Three Tarts is really friendly. If you're ever in need of a sweet breakfast item, their Sour Cream Apple Coffee Cake is incredible! I only wish they were open everyday.

Came in early right when it opened and grabbed a Buttermilk shortcake, like a muffin to go. It was flavorful and dense and moist. At $3.25 not overly priced too compared to some other places. The staff was friendly and very willing to help. Will have to try some other bakery items here someday. The shortbread cookies are quite good here too.

Packed on a Saturday morning. Online ordering disabled, line out the door, people waiting in the hallways for their orders. Our to go order was prepared quickly and we ate in our car. The Buen Dia Ham and Egg Sandwich was delicious. Fluffy bread, tasty ham, soft eggs, cheese, and a nice sauce with a tiny kick of spice. We took home a cinnamon roll and french baguette for later. 2 sandwiches and 2 bakery items for just under $40 was quite steep, but we have no regrets supporting this small but growing local business.

Such a quaint establishment with a variety of choices. You can get a hot breakfast, pastries, and more. Outdoor seating is available. Food was tasty. My favorite was the chocolate zucchini muffin I ordered. The chocolate taste was on point and the muffin was moist. Glad we tried this location out.
